Small business owners often carry the weight of their business on their shoulders.
The stresses of running a small business can be many – cash flow, supply issues, staffing, compliance burdens, and time demands – to name just a few.
These stresses can impact mental health, affecting your own wellbeing and possibly the health of your employees and the viability of your business.
Thankfully, there are a range of resources that can help.
