- Business name (optional)
- Email address
- Industry Classification (optional)
- Location (Suburb names or Local Government Areas) (optional)
- Your responses to other questions.
How will we disclose this information?
The NSW Small Business Commission may share overall research findings with other parties. Where this occurs, it will be done in a way that does not identify you or any organisation you represent (unless your permission is provided).
The NSW Small Business Commission may use the personal information we collect about you to contact you to discuss your feedback and experiences with operating a small business in greater detail.
We will not disclose this information to any other party, unless you provide your consent or we are required or authorised to do so by law.
Are you required by law to provide us with this information?
Providing us with the requested information is voluntary. However, if you choose not to provide us with the requested information, we won’t be able to contact you to discuss your feedback in greater detail.
