Damien was elected to the NSW Legislative Council and was appointed as the NSW Minister for Finance and Small Business in March 2019. Prior to being elected to the NSW Parliament Damien was a partner at law firm O’Hara and Company Solicitors in Strathfield. Damien has also been a small business owner, operating childcare centres and was also the Chief of Staff to the former NSW Attorney-General Greg Smith SC.

As the NSW Small Business Commissioner Robyn Hobbs OAM, leads a team which provides advocacy, dispute resolution and business support services for small businesses in New South Wales. Robyn has worked in a diverse range of sectors and has held senior executive positions with the State Chamber of Commerce, Sydney Opera House, and the City of Sydney and is a passionate place maker. Robyn received an OAM in 2009 for her services to the community founding Carols in the Domain and raising funds for the Salvation Army, and she was finalist in the 2019 Telstra Business Women's Awards.

Our business is small business. With diverse backgrounds, the team brings a wealth of experience and know-how to the challenges facing local small business owners.
