Damien was elected to the NSW Legislative Council and was appointed as the NSW Minister for Finance and Small Business in March 2019. Prior to being elected to the NSW Parliament Damien was a partner at law firm O’Hara and Company Solicitors in Strathfield. Damien has also been a small business owner, operating childcare centres and was also the Chief of Staff to the former NSW Attorney-General Greg Smith SC.

Chris Lamont was appointed the NSW Small Business Commissioner in June 2020. Chris has more than two decades experience in policy development and advocacy, senior government positions, not-for-profit and industry associations, business and the delivery of major government reforms and programs. Chris and his team advocate for small businesses across the State to help them resolve systemic issues and overcome challenges.
