Mental health and wellbeing in Australian small business

Anyone who owns a small business or works in a small business is invited to participate in a survey exploring Mental Health and Wellbeing in Australian Small Business.

The research is being conducted by the Hunter Institute of Mental Health. Participation in the survey is voluntary and should take approximately 15 minutes.

You will also be asked whether you are interested in being contacted to participate in an interview about your experiences with mental health in the small business sector.

The aim of this research is to gather information from people in Australia who currently work in, or have worked in, small business (i.e. business with less than 20 employees). The results will be used to guide development of new programs to enhance mental health and wellbeing in the small business industry.

If you are interested in finding out more about the study, visit the Mental health and small business survey

The survey will close on 31 August.

If you know of someone else who has experience in small business and may be interested in participating then please forward this email to them.

Should you have any difficulties completing the survey or questions about the research project, please contact the Research Lead at the Hunter Institute of Mental Health Ross Tynan on or 02 4924 6900.
